This publication provides key statistics relating to the reoffending of offenders who were released from custody, received a non-custodial conviction at court, or received a caution.

Latest figures for the year April 2014 to March 2015 are provided and compared to the same period a year ago.

Trends going back to 2004 are also presented.

The bulletin is produced and handled by the ministry’s analytical professionals and production staff.
