This publication provides key statistics relating to the reoffending of offenders who were released from custody, received a non-custodial conviction at court, or received a caution. Latest figures for the three months July to September 2019 are provided. Statistics which would have been presented in the ‘Proven reoffending statistics: April to June 2019’ cancelled release are also included.
