Public Health Outcomes Framework: commentary blog, February 2019

Details

Public Health England (PHE) has published the Public Health Outcomes Framework (PHOF) quarterly data update for February 2019.

The data are presented in an interactive tool that allows users to view them in a user-friendly format. The data tool also provides links to further supporting information, to aid understanding of public health in a local population.

This update contains:

  • the first time point for 1 indicator
  • more recent data for 50 indicators
  • equalities and inequalities breakdowns for 32 indicators
  • 1 indicator with back series data added
  • revised back series data for 18 indicators

PHE have published a proposal for changes to the Public Health Outcomes Framework indicators for 2019 to 2022. PHE would like feedback from users on this proposal to ensure the changes are helpful and appropriate. You can have your say by completing the online survey. The survey will run for 4 weeks from 21 January 2019 and close on 17 February 2019.
