The Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID) has published the Public Health Outcomes Framework quarterly data update for September 2023.
The data is presented in an interactive tool that allows users to view it in a user-friendly format. The data tool also provides links to further supporting information, to aid understanding of public health in a local population.
This update includes new data for 13 indicators:
- 6 indicators from the wider determinants domain including indicators on first time entrants to the youth justice system, fuel poverty, pupil absence and crime indicators on offenders and reoffences
- adult smoking prevalence, from the health improvement domain
- 5 indicators from the health protection domain including influenza vaccination coverage and antibiotic prescribing
- estimated dementia diagnosis rate, from the healthcare and premature mortality domain
