Published 29 June 2021
Applies to England
The phrase ‘pre-release access’ refers to the practice whereby official statistics in their final form, and any accompanying written commentary, are made available to an eligible person in advance of their publication. The rules and principles that govern pre-release access are featured within the Pre-release Access to Official Statistics Order 2008.
The data contained in the statistical release has been used by Ofsted for operational reasons, meaning that access to this data has been available to a number of Ofsted employees for the purpose of meeting business needs and discharging functions.
Access to this statistical release has not been given to the Ofsted employees referred to in the previous paragraph.
