This statistical release presents annual statistics on the number of reported Treasure Finds found in 2015 (and the headline provisional figure for 2016) in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

The data for 2015 are available broken down by county, period and disposition, and method of discovery. Provisional headline figures are provided for 2016 by county only.

The document above contains a list of ministers and officials who have received privileged early access to this release of Reported Treasure Finds. In line with best practice, the list has been kept to a minimum and those given access for briefing purposes had a maximum of 24 hours.
