Changes to the UK visa application process in Egypt
As part of a global change in commercial partner arrangements, we are opening new visa application centres with our new partner Teleperformance in Egypt.
From 24 March 2014 our new commercial partner Teleperformance Ltd will take over the running of our visa application centres in Egypt. From this date the visa application centre in Alexandria will move to the following address:

Our previous application centre in Alexandria closed on the 18th March for submission of new applications. It will not be possible to make a UK visa application in Alexandria from the 19th March until the 24th March, when the new Centre opens. We apologise for any inconvenience.
In addition, we are making the following changes to the visa service that we offer. These changes are as follows:

From 24 March 2014, the visa application centre in Alexandria will be open on Sundays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Appointments for those applying under the Tier 4 (General) Student category will be available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays only. However we will be opening the visa application centre on Monday 24th for the first week.

User Pays charges: From 24 March 2014, there will be a charge of £59.00 to use the visa application centre in Alexandria. This will be in addition to the visa fee and will be charged at the point of booking the appointment and will cover the cost of providing the application submission facilities in Alexandria. Your appointment at this visa application centre will not be honoured if this fee is not paid.
From 25 March 2014 the visa application centre in Cairo will move to the following address:
Infinity Tower 11B Higaz Square Mezzanine Floor Mohandessin Cairo Egypt
Our previous application centre in Cairo will be closed after the 20th March for submission of new applications. It will not be possible to submit a UK visa application in Cairo from the 21st March until the 25th March when the new centre opens. We apologise for any inconvenience.
