South East Asia Prosperity Fund call for bids

The South East Asia Prosperity Fund is the UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office’s (FCO) technical cooperation programme that aims to create the conditions for global growth. The Prosperity Fund works to tackle climate change, strengthen energy security and promote an open global economy in key emerging economies. The Fund offers targeted funding to create real, measurable outcomes which promote openness and sustainability, providing opportunities which will benefit and enhance the prosperity of South East Asia through UK funding and expertise.

Working closely with project implementers and the FCO’s network of overseas missions, the South East Asia Prosperity Fund supports projects in its main markets of Indonesia, Malaysia, Burma, Thailand, Vietnam & the Philippines - providing technical assistance, building capacity, encouraging stakeholder discussions and sharing the UK experience.
