The Admiralty Court is part of the Business and Property Courts of the High Court of Justice. They handle shipping and maritime disputes. Cases are heard by one Admiralty judge. Other matters may be heard by the Admiralty registrar.

You can also find lead times for the:

  • Circuit Commercial Court, who handle a wide range of smaller and less complex commercial, business and professional disputes
