Who this service is for

Applying for Social and Affordable Homes Programme (SAHP) funding through the Continuous Market Engagement (CME) funding route is designed for small or medium-sized providers that:

  • develop smaller, individual schemes or portfolios
  • are looking for funding on a scheme-by-scheme basis
  • want flexibility for varied projects

The alternative funding route is as a Strategic Partnership. This is better for larger housing associations or providers with track records in building large numbers of new social and affordable homes, who want long-term, multi-year funding and certainty for that duration.
