Apply for a specific licence to vaccinate animals against bluetongue serotype 3 (BTV-3) if you are an animal keeper outside a high-risk county.

Before you start

You need to download and complete an EXD700 form (PDF, 1.76 MB, 3 pages) before you start.

We also recommend preparing the following information:

  • the licensee’s address and contact details
  • the address where the animals are being kept
  • county parish holding (CPH) numbers
  • designated premises approval number (if you have one)
  • animal identification marks such as ear tags, freeze brands, slap marks and tattoos
  • stock vehicle and driver details if available
