School teachers and leaders in England can use this service to see how their salary could change following the 2024 pay award.

Applies to England

There will be a pay award for teachers from 1 September 2024.

You will start receiving your new salary after this date, but it will be backdated.

Academies may choose to follow the pay award.

It does not apply in further education or early years settings.

This calculator is indicative only. The new pay award is subject to a statutory consultation period and your school can choose how to implement it.
