Use this form if you are from Afghanistan, Eritrea, Libya, Sudan, Syria, or Yemen, and you applied for asylum on or after 28 June 2022.

- give us information about you and your family
- upload evidence of your nationality
- upload evidence that supports your claim
We will use the information you give us to decide your asylum claim.
If we need more information, we’ll arrange an interview,
You cannot use this form to make a new claim for asylum.
Eligibility
You must:
- have received a letter or email from the Home Office asking you to complete this form
- be from Afghanistan, Eritrea, Libya, Sudan, Syria, or Yemen
- have claimed asylum in the UK on or after 28 June 2022
- be over 18
- be in the UK now
- have access to email
If you are claiming asylum from a different country, do not use this form. We will contact you about the next steps of your asylum claim.
How to complete the form
You’ll be asked for:
- your 8-digit Case ID number from the letter or email we sent to you
- your immigration adviser or solicitor’s details (if you have one)
- your family members’ details
- information about your home country and why you left
- evidence of your nationality
- evidence that supports your claim
