If you think your EORI has been used without your permission, please check with your agent, or whoever completes your declarations, if there could have been an accidental error or oversight. Guidance can be found at amending or cancelling a customs declaration for import and making an amendment to export. If you are a member of a VAT group please check that the EORI hasn’t been used by another member of the group.
