File or search for an extractives report
How to use our online service to file your extractives report, or search for an existing extractives report.
Use our extractives service to:
- file your report
- search for company reports
- view a company’s filing history
- download company reports
The fee to file an extractives report is £250.
You can only file extractives reports electronically using our online extractives service. You must use the Companies House extractive reports schema to prepare an XML file to deliver your report data electronically. You cannot send your report to us on paper.
Our online service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to submit your report to us or search for information. Any report submissions that need manual inspection will only be processed during our normal working hours.
The extractives filing service is designed to help undertakings meet their obligations to deliver reports to Companies House as set out in The Reports on Payments to Governments Regulations 2014. You can only deliver reports to Companies House electronically, under regulation 14(3).
