The MMO has introduced Harbour Order Statement in Support templates.
The MMO has introduced Harbour Order Statement in Support templates to establish a standardised format for when your supporting information is provided to the MMO. This will improve the MMO’s processing of your application. Please download the relevant Statement in Support template for your application.
The templates include some guidance in blue italic text, this should be deleted prior to submission. Please do not alter or delete any of the sections on the templates, if you do not need to use a section, please mark it N/A and state why it does not need to be completed.
