On-demand application workshop
Our application workshop has been designed with customers to help you submit quality applications to HM Land Registry and avoid requests for information (requisitions), which can significantly delay the registration process.
We send a requisition when we need clarification or more information about something in your application, so it’s worth getting it right first time.
We have split the workshop into five individual modules, so you can cover what you need, when you need it.
As well as how to avoid requests for information, we explore forms and deeds, execution, restrictions in the register and variations in names. Finally, there’s a chance to think like a caseworker – would you send a requisition?

Our fee calculator will help you to identify the cost of each application type.
The fees flowchart helps with ‘Scale 2’ applications for transfers or assents for no monetary consideration, as these are not currently covered by the calculator.
The Registration Services fees guidance provides full details of our fees.
