More information

The Fees Rules determine the fees payable to the registrar for services relating to local land charges affecting land in England and Wales, and they prescribe when the fees are payable and how they are to be paid.

The Fees Rules only take effect in a local authority area when the local land charges service for that area is transferred to HM Land Registry.

For more information about the fee, please contact us using our contact form.
