Use this email template when you or your client want to withdraw an asylum claim.

Making a complaint
Use our online form to make a complaint.
Submitting a pre-action protocol (PAP)
If you’re submitting a PAP, use the PAP template letter, then send the completed document to UKVIPAP@homoffice.gov.uk. The PAP team will respond to any queries submitted within the PAP.

Applying for a judicial review (JR)
If you’re applying for a judicial review, use the judicial review claim form: N461.
