Infected Blood Compensation Authority (IBCA): register your interest to help shape the service
The IBCA is looking for input into how its service is designed and delivered.
Providing input to the Infected Blood Compensation Authority (IBCA) could include:
- user testing the service
- developing training for staff on how best to interact with service users
- developing user-friendly, trauma-focused support services
