Best practice
Read the
Legal Aid Agency (LAA) eTendering portal
LAA periodically runs tender exercises to provide publicly funded legal services in the areas of crime, civil and telephone advice. Information on current tender opportunities that you can apply for are detailed in the ‘Current tenders’ section below.
LAA offers contracts for tender through the eTendering portal, which is free. You have to be registered and logged in to read documents for each tender opportunity.
If you’re using the portal for the first time, read the technical support guidance. Where you have registered for a tender opportunity through the portal, questions should be asked through the relevant portal message board.
