To use this service you must be a registered user with a registered organisation.

To register as an individual user

If your organisation is already registered, ask the lead user to invite you.

To register an organisation

Review the information about whether you should register under the RTFO, and then email rtfo-compliance@dft.gov.uk with the subject line ‘Register for the RTFO service’.

You will need to provide the following information to register:

  • the full legal name of your organisation

  • full contact details for the organisation, yourself and the director

We will also require individual proofs of identity for at least one director who will be responsible for ensuring the organisation is fully compliant with the RTFO.

This is a beta service, which means we are still making improvements to it.
