Access to our online services has changed
‘My Charity Commission Account’ is a new way to sign into our online services.
You need to have set up your own Charity Commission Account, using an individual email address and password, to access services on behalf of a charity.

You will need to be invited or request an account.

Services you can access with your account
Once you have set up your account, depending on your role or relationship with the charity, you can sign in to:
- submit your annual return
- report a change to your details
- amend your governing document
- change your financial year
- change your name or working name

We are currently experiencing higher than normal call volumes which may result in longer wait times. Our Contact Centre is closed on Wednesdays between 11:20am and 1pm for staff training.
