The following sets of procedure rules only contain the rules and forms that have not been replaced by the Criminal Procedure Rules or the Family Procedure Rules:
All the procedure rules were made under section 144 of the Magistrates’ Courts Act 1980 and section 84 of the Senior Courts Act 1981.
