Our team
We’re staffed by experienced civil servants
We employ a core team of more than 25 officials, with a Deputy Director and G6s overseeing project work delivered by our experienced policy staff.
We also have a long-running and successful PhD placement scheme that allows us to bring nearly 40 PhD students per year into the team to help deliver policy projects.
Established academics work with us on a more flexible basis, frequently contributing to our work through interviews and workshops and sometimes collaborating with us more intensively over a longer period.
