Rhowch wybod am broblem drwy ddefnyddio’r Gwasanaeth Datganiadau Tollau

Dysgwch beth i’w wneud os ydych yn profi problem wrth gyflwyno datganiad drwy ddefnyddio’r Gwasanaeth Datganiadau Tollau.

Os ydych yn dod o hyd i broblem wrth ddefnyddio’r Gwasanaeth Datganiadau Tollau (CDS) i symud nwyddau dros y ffin, gwiriwch y canlynol:

Os na allwch ddatrys y broblem, defnyddiwch y ffurflen ar-lein i roi gwybod i CThEF am CDS Operations.   

Pwy ddylai ddefnyddio’r ffurflen hon

Dylech ddefnyddio’r ffurflen hon i roi gwybod am broblem wrth ddefnyddio’r Gwasanaeth Datganiadau Tollau os ydych yn un o’r canlynol:

  • mewnforiwr neu allforiwr
  • asiant mewnforiwr neu allforiwr
  • cwmni sy’n creu cynhyrchion meddalwedd
  • darparwr Gwasanaeth Cymunedol (CSP)
  • adran o’r llywodraeth
  • llwythwr neu gariwr

Pwy na ddylai ddefnyddio’r ffurflen hon

Ni ddylech ddefnyddio’r ffurflen hon i roi gwybod am broblem gyda’r canlynol:

  • disgrifiad o’r broblem rydych yn ei hwynebu

Cyn i chi ddechrau’r ffurflen, mae’n bosibl y bydd angen y canlynol arnoch:

  • eich Cyfeirnod Unigryw y Llwyth ar gyfer Datganiad
  • eich Prif Gyfeirnod Unigryw y Llwyth
  • eich manylion symud, megis dyddiad symud, lleoliad a manylion nwyddau, codau nwyddau a chyrchwlad
  • y neges o ran statws manylion y stocrestr
  • ID trafodaeth o’ch meddalwedd
  • y cod gwall rydych wedi’i chael
  • disgrifiad o’r broblem rydych yn ei hwynebu

Cyflwynwch y ffurflen

Bydd y ffurflen ar-lein yn gofyn cyfres o gwestiynau i chi ddeall y broblem rydych yn ei chael a brys y mater.

Dilynwch y cyfarwyddiadau ar bob tudalen i gyflwyno’ch ymatebion a llenwi’r ffurflen.

Byddwch yn gallu:

  • cadw’ch cais a dod yn ôl yn nes ymlaen
  • gwirio’ch atebion ar ddiwedd y ffurflen ar-lein cyn ei chyflwyno
  • argraffu copi o’ch ffurflen wedi’i llenwi

Ni fydd y ffurflen yn parhau i fod ar gael ar-lein ar ôl i chi ei chyflwyno.

Ar ôl i chi gyflwyno’r ffurflen, byddwch yn cael e-bost cadarnhau gyda chyfeirnod.

Os ystyrir eich problem ar frys, byddwch yn cael ymateb cyn pen 2 awr. Bydd pob problem arall yn cael ei ymateb cyn pen 24 awr.
