  1. Removed the reference to the appeal email address on page 53 of the original attachment. Slight rewrite to the accompanying paragraph to show the path of appeal. Change publish date from December 2021 to January 2021.

  2. On pages 5 and 46, added a requirement to confirm that all information provided in an application is specific to your organisation and you have not used any information or answers from any other organisation’s application. On page 6, added information on what applicants must also have to apply. On page 12, explained that you need to submit your last Ofsted full inspection grade and not the grade for a monitoring visit. On pages 27, 28, 29 and 42, added a requirement to annually review your policies and plans and to include a last reviewed date. On page 30, added a question to ask which employers you have engaged with.

  3. Added more guidance for 'When acting as a subcontractor, will your organisation follow its lead provider’s policies and plans?'

  4. Added bullet point to 'quality and high standards in apprenticeship training' section of guidance.
