Submit union transit declarations through NCTS
Sign in to the New Computerised Transit System (NCTS) to submit union transit declarations to HMRC.

You must use the New Computerised Transit System (NCTS) to manage your transit departure declarations and arrival notifications.
Online services may be slow during busy times. Check if there are any problems with this service.
Before you start
You’ll need a Government Gateway user ID and password to sign in to the service. If you do not have a user ID, you can create one when you submit a declaration.
