Studio Badge

Studio Badge is a design and manufacturing home décor brand based in Accra, Ghana. Through SheTrades, an initiative working to connect millions of women entrepreneurs to markets, Studio Badge has received up to 18 wholesale orders from global buyers.

Botlab

Botlab is a software accelerator start-up based in Nairobi that provides bespoke training to professionals in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and business intelligence. Through SheTrades, Botlab secured over $38,000 in overall trade leads and gained access to new markets.

Kasserine textile cluster

The African Investment Technical Assistance Facility (AITF) helped Tunisian textile manufacturers find new export opportunities when COVID-19 reduced orders from their usual buyer. AITF helped the businesses develop a buyer pitch deck, shared with over 400 UK and international companies. This work has led to 15 potential new buyers for the manufacturers.
