Super priority visa service information

Super priority visa service information for human rights claims, leave outside the rules and private life applications made in the UK.

You cannot apply for the super priority service if you do not have valid permission to enter or remain in the UK and are applying for either:

  • family life as a partner, parent or dependent child or based on private life in the UK using the form FLR(FP)

  • human rights claims, leave outside the rules and other routes using the form FLR(HRO)

We understand that there will always be a very small number of exceptions, and we will consider any compelling or compassionate circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

If you are not eligible to apply for the super priority service, there is no service standard if you complete an application.

If you need to travel urgently

If you are not eligible to use the super priority service and you need to travel urgently overseas for example, because of a family bereavement, we may be able to provide a faster service.

You should contact UKVI with details and evidence for us to consider your urgent request.

Refunds

If you still apply for the super priority service even though you are not eligible, you will get a refund.
