Tackling fraud, bribery and corruption in the Ministry of Justice

How to report suspected fraudulent activity in the Ministry of Justice and find out what action we can take.

Applies to England and Wales

Fraud, bribery and corruption is unacceptable. It affects the ability of the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) to deliver its responsibilities for protecting and advancing the principles of justice. Where fraud, bribery and corruption occur, resources and finances are wrongfully diverted from their intended purpose.

All MOJ employees are required to act honestly, with integrity and to safeguard the public service delivery for which they are responsible. MOJ will not tolerate fraud, bribery or corrupt practices and will always strive to respond robustly to reported matters.
