2024
Guidance has been updated in line with the DRO threshold increase from £30,000 to £50,000. The single vehicle value has also been increased from £2,000 to £4,000.

Updating manual to reflect the removal of the £90 fee for a DRO which came into effect on 06 April 2024.

Amendment to paragraph 37.54 to clarify that claims to the Financial Services Compensation Authority will vest in the trustee in bankruptcy notwithstanding the product underlying the complaint was a pension. The FAQs have been removed.
