Report harm or give feedback about your test
How to give feedback about your rapid lateral flow, PCR or saliva test kit, including reporting harm or reactions you had when you did the test.
You can give feedback about your NHS rapid lateral flow test kit, PCR test kit or saliva (spit) test kit.
If anything in your test kit is damaged or missing, do not use it. You’ll need to use another test kit.
If you’ve been harmed or had a reaction using the test kit, report it to us as soon as possible.
Your feedback will help us improve our testing services.
How to give feedback or report harm
Give feedback or report harm via the NHS website.
What happens after you report harm
The UK Health Security Agency, the test kit manufacturer or a medical specialist may investigate the problem depending on how serious it is. It’ll be recorded to help prevent similar incidents in future, even if it’s not investigated.
You’ll only be contacted if you need to provide more information.
