ATACPD11700 - UK/CPD/China-Taiwan carnets: action at the office of exit
The basic checks carried out at ATACPD06200 as for ATA carnets must be carried out on the white re-exportation voucher. Box H must be completed as follows:

H(b) | Record details of any goods detailed on the carnet, presented but not re-exported. This would include details of any diversion entries presented. |
H(c) | Record details of any goods detailed on the carnet, not presented and not re-exported. This would include details of any diversion entries presented. |
H(d) | Insert the local office reference number. |
H(e) | The office of entry should have completed this. In the case of goods entered in the UK, this office will be the National Carnet Unit (NCU). |
H(f) | Insert any other relevant remarks and then insert details of your office, the date, signature, and office date stamp. |
When you have finalised your checks and completed the white re-exportation voucher, you should detach it from the carnet and send it immediately to the office named in Box H(e).
Finally, you must complete the orange re-exportation counterfoil giving details of:

Once you have completed your checks and certified the carnet, you should return the carnet to the holder or representative.
