AHP1400 - Indirect Tax Avoidance

Mid-sized Business Indirect Tax Avoidance and Partial Exemption (iTAPE) is a national network of specialist indirect tax resource. iTAPE leads on indirect tax avoidance, for HMRC working closely with the Counter-Avoidance directorate.

iTAPE provide consultancy, project leadership and technical advice on indirect tax avoidance, project-managed complex tax planning issues, and partial exemption casework across all HMRC business streams. The work consists of single cases, projects, and teams work across geographical boundaries and with all customer groups.

iTAPE liaise closely with Policy specialist technical advisors to progress casework consistently in line with current and developing case law.
