Only the UK allocated equity and liabilities are relevant in the case of UK branches.
Type D equity and liabilities arise where the foreign banking group has a relevant foreign bank that trades in the UK through a permanent establishment (a branch).
The Type D liabilities are the chargeable equity and liabilities that are allocated to the UK branch which is not a member of a relevant UK sub-group but which is a member of the foreign banking group.
