BEER2020 - Registration: Adjacent premises

Section 41A(4) of ALDA allows premises adjacent to the brewery or packaging premises to be included in the registration of premises for holding beer in duty suspense. ‘Adjacent’ is to be interpreted as within a radius of 5 kilometres of the production or packaging premises included in the registration.
