BEER2040 - Registration: Restriction of premises

Under section 41A(6)(b) of ALDA, the Commissioners may restrict a registration to hold goods in duty suspension to part of the applicant’s premises. For example, we may wish to exclude areas approved as excise warehouses, cider makers’ premises, etc.
