BEER2160 - Procedure: Certificates

Producers

A registration certificate will be issued to the applicant for each of the premises on which he intends to produce beer, provided we are satisfied with the application. The relevant legislation is regulation 6 of the Beer Regulations 1993.

Holders

A registered holder certificate will be issued for each of the premises to which the application relates. You should ensure that the registered holder certificate specifies the classes or descriptions of beer that may be held on the registered premises. The relevant legislation is regulation 10 of the Beer Regulations 1993.
