BEER3230 - Operations on beer: Dilution

Dilution involves the addition of water to beers (sometimes known as liquoring down). Regulation 24 of the Beer Regulations 1993 prohibits the dilution of beer that has passed the duty point. Further information on dilution of beer can be found at section 19 of Notice 226.
