CG18122 - Annual exempt amount: trust exemption: procedures

The trustees may have failed to complete the exemption box on the SA return. In such acase, if the Inspector is carrying out the tax calculation, in general the minimum annualexempt amount should be given. If the trustees have made the calculation then there aregrounds for enquiry.
