CIDER02130 - Registration: procedure: responsibility for registration

The responsibility for registering cider makers lies with the Excise Processing Teams (EPT). They issue the certificates of registration, update the Departmental Trader Register (DTR) database and the System for Exchange of Excise Data (SEED) and advise the Trader Accounting Payment System (TAPS) team in Cumbernauld of all new registrations.
