CCM20400 - Migrant Workers: Suspect Documentation

If you believe a document may be suspect you will need to seek advice from the National Document Verification Team (DVT). There are DVT Champions across the business that you can contact for advice on suspect documents. If your champion needs additional verification or advice they will contact the DVT in Waterview Park.

If a document is deemed fraudulent this will be kept by the DVT in Waterview Park and should not be returned to the customer.

If the customer provides false documents you will need to follow current procedures for false documents and the relevant child(ren) will need to be removed from the CTC award.
