CITM2090 - Accreditation of community development finance institutions (CDFIs): Publication of accredited bodies

The Department for Business and Trade (DBT) publishes a list of those bodies that are accredited CDFIs. See Gov.UK website guidance - Community Investment Tax Relief: accreditation of community development finance institutions

Accredited CDFIs must agree to the publication of such details.

CDFIs must notify DBT of any necessary change to the published information within thirty days of the event giving rise to the change. Failure to do so exposes the CDFI to a £100 penalty, unless there is a reasonable excuse for the failure.
