CISR17610 - The Scheme: secondary legislation: regulation 60

This regulation gives effect to schedules 1 and 2 to the regulations. SCH 1 contains provisions that ensure continuity of the law from the old scheme to the new scheme.

SCH 2 revokes a number of regulations that will no longer be needed.
