Situation	Function
For a particular AP, to Stop COTAX repaying and / or reallocating money automatically, Set the Clerical Interest Indicator (CII) and Set the Refer For Instruction (RFI) signal	MAPS (Maintain AP Signals)
To prevent or reinstate the automatic issue of reminders and payment applications	RAPP (Revise AP Pursuit)
To calculate and raise an interest charge	RMIC (Revise Manual Interest Charge)
To view for the AP, A summary of the payment position and Details on individual payments and other accounting postings	VPPD (View Payment and Posting Details)
