The table below shows the function or functions to use in particular situations

Situation	Function
To issue a repayment by Bacs or payable order that COTAX will not handle automatically.	DIRR (Direct Repayment)
To cancel a repayment when the payable order has been returned to the responsible office.	CNPO (Cancel Payable Order)
To reduce the amount payable by the amount of a claim to early repayment when a return has been logged and captured.	ARTA (Amend Returned Tax Amount)
