COM31020 - Background: Allocation of COTAX and CT Online user roles: New Role Authorisers or new Deputy Role Authorisers

New Role Authorisers or deputy Role Authorisers need to be:

• assigned the Role Authoriser function in the Service Request System (SRS) by the SRS Administrator
• added to the list of Role Authorisers maintained by the SRS administrator on the CT Process Intranet site
