COM31040 - Background: Allocation of COTAX and CT Online user roles: Authorised user records

Reports can be run within SRS to establish which users hold COTAX or CT Online service roles for each COTAX MUID. This replaces the need for role authorisers to prepare and retain a registered user file to record specific information about the users for the MUID they are responsible for.

You must notify the SRS Administrators of any dispensations requested and granted regarding potentially conflicting roles and roles permitted outside normal grade, along with the renewal dates. COTAX Dispensation details are stored centrally by the OE CT Live service team and reviewed as per the agreed renewal schedule.
