The UK Trade Tariff, CDS Volume 3 may be found on Gov.UK here. This must be used when completing a declaration to CDS

Users should follow the Navigation Process outlined in this manual in section CDSSG04000 when accessing the Tariff.

When completing a customs declaration or Customs Clearance Request (CCR), the Step-By-Step Guide provided in section CDSSG05000 – CDSSG13000 should be followed.
